On November 4th, LN Srithai Comm Thailand (LNSC),held iPECS eMG100 system technical training for Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s new reseller in Bangkok, SIS Distribution Public Company Limited (SIS Distribution).
SIS Distribution is a major Panasonic distributor in Thailand based in Bangkok. They are newly appointed as Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s iPECS reseller from April 2021 after Pansonic’s exit announcement in their market.
This was the first training provided to SIS Distribution from LNSC after the initial delivery of iPECS eMG100.
The training was done virtually due to current COVID19 lockdown restrictions in Bangkok. Over 179 SIS Sales, Product & Technical Support persons were joined for the training.
The agenda was mainly on the iPECS eMG100 systems as well as the terminal series of iPECS 1000i, which was launched, and initial delivery was completed recently in the region.
After the training session, Mr. Chamiporn Pumkurd, Product-Sales & Marketing Manager at SIS Distribution said, “After the launch and initial delivery, we received a lot of positive feedback from the customers. Majority of the feedback was that iPECS eMG100 is the right UC system in this pandemic market. Our customers have high satisfaction of IPECS eMG100.
LNSC will continue to conduct the training regularly to iPECS resellers to make sure they are well informed and skilled for operations and configurations on the latest range of iPECS products from Ericsson-LG Enterprise.
