The theme of GPC 2026 — “IPECS, Changing the Game” — really captured the spirit of everything we shared at the event.

At its heart, our message was about innovation: recognizing how rapidly our industry is evolving and making sure we remain at the forefront of that change, so that our partners and customers have the technology they need to grow their businesses.

We also took the opportunity to unveil our new brand identity and logo — a fresh, more contemporary look that signals our commitment to innovation and the exciting direction we’re headed. The energy throughout the event was fantastic. Our partners left feeling inspired, aligned, and ready to move fast — and that’s exactly where we need to be.

What are the primary focus areas for iPECS’s business strategy in 2026?

We have identified four major trends in our marketplace that we believe are critical to our future success:

  • UCaaS and Cloud — We’re leaning into the convergence of UCaaS and CCaaS more than ever before, because that’s where the market is heading and where customer expectations are rapidly evolving.
  • APIs and Open Platforms — We’re committed to giving our partners the flexibility and interoperability they need to build tailored, future-ready solutions.
  • Hybrid Deployments — We know one size doesn’t fit all, and meeting customers where they are is key to staying relevant.
  • Practical AI Solutions — Real-world AI applications that deliver tangible value generated some of the best conversations at the conference. We’re focused less on AI as a buzzword and more on outcomes that genuinely move the needle for our partners and their customers.

How will the newly unveiled brand identity play a role in your marketing strategy going forward?

Our refreshed brand identity serves as the visual anchor for our evolving story. As we sharpen our focus on UCaaS, cloud innovation, open platforms, and practical AI, we needed a brand that reflects that same forward momentum — modern, confident, and clearly aligned with where the market is headed.

Ultimately, this brand evolution is about clarity and confidence. It gives our teams, our partners, and our customers a clear sense of who we are, what we stand for, and why they can trust us to deliver in a rapidly changing industry.
