From January 15th to 16th, iPECS partners in Portugal had been invited for a technical training at VNP (Redes de Comunicacao) office, dedicated partner of Ericsson-LG Enterprise in Portugal.
The training had been operated with two sessions for iPECS eMG series and iPECS UCP selectively. Also, two distinct attendees were invited, one group of pre-sales engineers and the other of technical engineers. The training had been much focused on unified software and to the introduction of the new comings of unified 4.0 update.
Since most attendants were much experienced of iPECS portfolio, the training started in depth of iPECS system configuration and operation as well as trouble shootings for maintenance operations. In addition to the technical hands on exercise, special attention was put on the iPECS IPCR software solution for its market potential, expecting greater help from the technical side of support to the foreseen leads of such solution sales.
VNP’s initiatives is expected to elevate the best quality in providing the technical support thereby further strengthening the frontier pre-sales engineers for the market specific areas such as iPECS IPCR. Strong belief is set with the 2020 new lines of iPECS portfolio, the iPECS eMG100 and 1000i terminals which soon will reinforce the market sales in Portugal along with the team trained here at this very event.
