In June Pragma held a live webinar for their partners called Ideas Lab 4.0 – Innovate to Differentiate.

The Ideas Lab concept was first introduced in 2019 with the aim to share ‘ideas’ with partners to help them sell more or to gain more value in their sales.  Short, focused presentations are delivered by a range of speakers with the aim to stimulate activity and create opportunity.

Will Morey, CEO of Pragma said, “Ideas Lab 4.0 was focused on the theme of Innovate to Differentiate –  as technology continues to evolve there is an increased focus on using APIs and AI to drive automation which will ultimately improve the customer experience.  We saw an opportunity to help our Partners to engage in different conversations with their customers to help them stand out from the crowd.”

The event was streamed live from the Pragma offices and presented on a ‘newsroom’ theme that included reports from different ‘correspondents’ covering the following subjects:

  • Operational Enablement – The service wrap to make deployment even easier

The agenda items were interspersed with themed traffic, weather and sports reports which added to the newsroom theme.
