As part of Bezeq International(Bezeq)’s organization change and in accordance with the trends of communication market, Bezeq International has decided to focus entirely on cloud managed services solutions and iPECS Cloud as a leading UCaaS solution.
Following this focus area, as from the beginning of 2023, Bezeq carried out variety of activities to promote iPECS Cloud including a special internally launching day event, incentive competitions, and sales trainings. And just recently, Bezeq carried out system upgrade of iPECS Cloud to version 5.5. The upgrade executed in full cooperation with Ericsson-LG Enterprise CPS and R&D teams after preliminary preparations of Call Center compatibility tests, firewall and securities adjustments etc. As a result, the upgrade was successfully done highly professionally and without any downtime or any impacts to our customers and Bezeq gave huge thanks to Ericsson-LG Enterprise teams for great professionalism and commitment to both of our success.
Following the upgrade, Bezeq held a two-days technical training bootcamp to our technician team. The training included in-depth introduction to all new iPECS Cloud features and the advanced features of iPECS ONE and iPECS Analytics applications together with hands-on practice.
As more and more features are adding, iPECS ONE and iPECS Analytics are becoming significant anchor of the entire solution and bringing the customers an advanced leading UCaaS solution in every aspect. Bezeq will keep pushing and promoting iPECS Cloud and already looking forward to upcoming iPECS Cloud v6.0 upgrade.
