On 29th May, the iPECS team came together for our special Sports Day — Game On! — held at the YMCA in Ilsan. With all of our enthusiastic employees participating, the event was a celebration of teamwork, energy, and company culture in action.
Throughout the day, colleagues from across divisions competed, collaborated, and connected through a variety of team-based activities, both outdoors and indoors. From morning team rallies to afternoon recreation and lucky draw prizes, Game On was designed not just for fun, but to strengthen the sense of unity and shared purpose that drives our work forward.
The event featured:
- Energetic team challenges across outdoor, indoor games and mini prizes.
- Dedicated time for socializing and cross-team bonding over lunch
- An awards ceremony and prize draw that ended the day on a high note
Feedback from participants emphasized how valuable the day was for building relationships beyond the workplace. At the same time, thoughtful suggestions for future events are helping shape even more meaningful experiences ahead.
