IPECS Brings Employees Together for “Game On 2026”
A Day of Sport, Camaraderie, and Friendly Competition
On May 7, IPECS hosted Game On 2026 at KBS Arena in Seoul, uniting employees for a day filled with team competitions, shared laughs, and plenty of good food. IPECS employees participated, making it one of the company’s most widely attended internal gatherings to date.
A Full Day of Action
From registration at 9:40 AM through to the awards ceremony at 4:00 PM, the day was packed with energy. The program kicked off with a team formation session before splitting into two blocks of sports activities, bookending a relaxed two-hour lunch break. The closing ceremony wrapped things up with an awards presentation and a much-anticipated lucky draw.
Participants were greeted with coffee and sandwiches before heading into the main program. Lunch was a buffet at Gourmet Square Balsan.
The Spirit Behind the Event
Four team banners — Impact, Integrate, Innovate, and Inspire — hung dramatically above the arena floor, each representing one of the competing groups throughout the day. Employees were randomly split into four teams through games and wore matching team vests and custom-designed hoodies, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The event’s mission was simple but meaningful: “An all-employee event designed to boost team spirit, foster friendly competition, and create a space where everyone can cheer each other on and have fun together.”
Looking Ahead
IPECS continues to invest in moments that bring its people together — on and off the court. Game On 2026 was a reminder that behind every product and every project, there are real people who show up for each other. The company looks forward to building on this energy in the years ahead.
