At IPECS, we are always striving to share important information with our community of global partners. As in-person events are still largely inaccessible for many of our partners, we created the IPECS insights series of webinars to stay connected.

These monthly presentations help us to share the latest information with our partners in an interactive and inspirational way. IPECS Insights began in 2020 and we have hosted webinars in 2026 to date. We take a look at highlights of these fantastic presentations this year so far.

March

The first IPECS Insights session of 2026 focused was presented by PLM Team at IPECS. KS Choi, Head of PP Team and the Product Mangers, James Kim, Soyoung Lim and Sungbum Park presented the overview of IPECS Cloud sprint 26.04.

April

April’s session was presented by Mario Yoon, Account Manager of American region at IPECS, with contributions from Hun Choi, Account Manager of Middle East Asia & Africa at IPECS. The session focused on how IPECS Cloud helps customers improve business outcomes, with a particular focus on SMB challenges, missed calls, customer retention, analytics and the role of cloud communications in supporting business growth.

May

In May, the session was presented by Ahed Alkhatib, Global Head of Sales and Marketing at iPECS and focused on a central theme: “Unfair Advantage: Slaying the Giants.” The discussion explored how iPECS partners can compete successfully against larger global UCaaS providers by focusing on the areas where iPECS delivers genuine differentiation and long-term customer value.

June

In our June 2026 edition of IPECS Insights, we hosted our latest IPECS Insights session. ‘Winning the Vertical Market with IPECS Cloud.

Presented by Jeff Lim, Account Manager at IPECS, Brian Shin, Account Manager at IPECS, and special guest Tom Wiles, Sales Specialist at Gamma, the session explored how partners can move beyond the increasingly competitive general UCaaS market by targeting industry-specific opportunities. From global market trends to UK insights and a real-world education case study, the session highlighted how vertical expertise are becoming key differentiators for long-term growth.

July

This month’s session was presented by Keunsup Choi, exploring five key themes shaping the roadmap: customer experience, open APIs, AI, user experience, and vertical market opportunities. Together, these priorities demonstrates how IPECS is continuing to evolve in response to changing customer requirements while creating new opportunities for partners around the world.
