From December 13th to 21st, Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner in Indonesia, PT Damai Sejati (ITComm) has conducted an iPECS technical training for iPECS eMG100. ITComm iPECS technical support team visited three major places in Java island, Jakarta city, Yogyakarta and Semarang. The training was mainly focused on providing hands-on training for iPECS eMG100, iPECS UCS and iPECS terminals.
The trainees were given exercise tasks for installation and operation of iPECS eMG100 including the management of iPECS Unified applications. PT Damai Sejati (ITComm) will continue to train their partners in Indonesia to specialize them in iPECS solutions. It will encourage ITComm’s partners to offer the most suitable iPECS solution to various customers, both technically and commercially.
