Aria Technologies hosted their Annual Sales Awards virtually on November 12th, 2020. Many of Aria Technologies’ great partners were nominated for awards during this unique event, which focused on the changing market that we are all currently working in.
CDM Communications won the National Partner of the Year award, and Mach 3/Installation Centre won the National Ericsson-LG Enterprise Partner of the Year award. We would like to congratulate all the winners for their great work during what has been a challenging year.

Aria Technologies’ CEO, Chris Karagiannis had this to say: “Despite the difficult environment created by the pandemic, we are immensely proud of the efforts that our partners have taken to continue business even when the market is changing so fundamentally.
We have seen a shift towards a new, more digitized way of working and the best example of this is the new Telstra Cloud PBX Calling that we will be launching soon. The changes in the market have made the importance of Ericsson-LG Enterprise products that much clearer.”
Ahed Alkhatib, Head of Sales & Marketing at Ericsson-LG Enterprise also made a special appearance. He expressed his gratitude for the work that Aria Technologies and their partners have carried out over the past year and was keen to highlight the exciting new developments being made by the iPECS brand. He explained:
“This year has been challenging across the globe, however we have not only survived but also grown with several exciting additions to our portfolio. We have shifted our investment, with key focus now being directed toward Cloud and UC services.
We are really excited about what the coming year is going to bring for our partners and Aria especially. The launch of the new Telstra Cloud PBX Calling is going to be fantastic to see, and the range of new iPECS product launches such as the 1000i phone system make this an exciting time to be an Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner.”
