Bezeq International, iPECS partner in Israel, recently held a special event designed entirely for small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers.

This marks the second consecutive year of the event, which was held under the theme “Do IT Better.”

The event took place at the “Tosca” boutique venue in Petah Tikva and welcomed 60 customers and leading consultants from the SMB sector.

It showcased Bezeq International’s cloud-based services, along with solutions from strategic technology partners including Microsoft, Atera, Flowsec, Cisco, and iPECS.

The conference opened with a keynote by CEO Ron Glav, who presented the company’s strategic vision, key growth engines, and Bezeq International’s strongest offerings tailored for the SMB market.

A major highlight of the event was the reinforcement of “All-Include for Your Business” campaign, which features three comprehensive packages:

  • Silver – including Internet access and DDoS protection from FlowSec
  • Gold – offering advanced cybersecurity and cloud solutions from Cisco and Microsoft
  • Platinum – featuring the cutting-edge iPECS Cloud unified communications platform

The iPECS Cloud solution was presented in detail, showcasing the latest capabilities introduced in version 7.0.

The session included live demonstrations of iPECS Analytics  and iPECS ONE, as well as with its Teams integration.

These demos simulated real-life business scenarios and demonstrated how companies can manage their communications more, efficiently, and securely. Additionally, the integration of iPECS Cloud with an Omnichannel platform was introduced as a complementary solution for businesses looking to deliver seamless multi-channel support and communication.

 

The event was very successful and the audience responded with great enthusiasm.

The event concluded on an emotional and inspiring note with a lecture by Rami Davidian, one of the heroes of the October 7th Nova music festival.

Rami shared his story of bravery, recounting how he single-handedly saved and rescued many partygoers during the devastating attack.

His words deeply moved the audience, leaving not a single eye dry.
