Blue Technologies, Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner in Greece participated together with its partner Norma Telecom for the sixth consecutive years at the HORECA 2020 exhibition. HORECA (HOtel, REstaurant, CAfe) is the leading international exhibition for the provisioning and equipment of hospitality and food-service companies. It is organized yearly and brings together tourism professionals with the supply chain of hospitality and food-service industry.
Visitors from Greece, the Balkans as well as other nationalities were drawn to this important event. Over 500 exhibitors met with more than 127,000 professionals from the hotel, restaurant and cafeteria industry, in order to exchange ideas and find out more about the latest trends, products, services and equipment.
The joint stand of Ericsson-LG Enterprise by Blue Technologies and Norma Telecom attracted many views from the hospitality industry professionals and helped to further develop the brand awareness of iPECS in this growing market. Blue Technologies had two live iPECS demo sites at the stand in order to facilitate and foster the demand and open channels of inquire requests from the visitors.
During these visits potential end-clients had the opportunity to familiarize themselves to the versatile structure of iPECS systems and the four pillars of iPECS Hospitality solutions: that is to enhance guest experience, increase revenue, improve staff efficiencies and reduce operating cost.
This year’s event had increased number of visitors from the greater Balkan area, who had a chance to get familiarized with the iPECS unified communication solutions. The HORECA 2020 exhibition had positive feedbacks from both visitors and exhibitors, since the iPECS solutions reached both domestic and international audience.
