Blue Technologies and their reseller Norma Telecom participated for the seventh time at the HORECA (HOtel, REstaurant, CAfe) 2022 exhibition, held from 10-13th of February.
HORECA is the leading international exhibition for the provisioning and equipment of Hospitality and Food service companies in Greece. It is organized yearly and brings professionals in Tourism together with the supply chain of Hospitality and Food service industry. A record of 500+ exhibitors met with more than 51,000 professionals from the hotel, restaurant and cafeteria industry, in order to exchange ideas and find out more about the latest trends, products, services and equipment. Visitors from Greece, the Balkans as well as other nationalities were drawn to this event.
The joint stand Ericsson-LG Enterprise (Blue Technologies) and Norma Telecom attracted many interests from the hospitality industry professionals and helped to develop further on the brand awareness of Ericsson-LG Enterprise in this growing market. Blue Technologies had setup an iPECS demo booth to facilitate the demand and requests from the visitors. During the event, potential end clients had the opportunity to familiarize themselves to the versatile structure of iPECS solution and the four pillars of iPECS Hospitality solutions: Enhance Guest Experience, Increase Revenue, Improve Staff Efficiencies and Reduce Operating Cost.
This year, after a long period of restrictions due to the pandemic, we had the opportunity to invite potential clients and demonstrate our proposals to them. End clients were able to test, interact and get familiarized with the iPECS unified communication solutions.
Our overall experience at the HORECA 2022 exhibition was positive since the iPECS hospitality solutions can be introduced at the right timing where hospitality industry is restarting while we are return to the normality from restrictions.
