SEI-SOLUTION for this year, have managed to execute the 1st half of 2020 sales training webinar as in form of webinar during the 11th and 12th of May.

SEI-SOLUTION normally would carry out regular nation-wide partner sales training in Indonesia, for twice a year. However, with the current circumstances of the globally widespread COVID-19, the nationwide iPECS partner gathered online for the training webinar. Given its significance, the training events were not to be postponed or delayed, even in these sensitive times but rather so needed alternative ways to facilitate them. More than 50 partners actively participated in the virtual environment for these two days sales training.

The sales training agenda were on the latest offerings of the Unified 4.0 software and iPECS vUCP, especially the license structure and its configuration management. The sales training webinar then moved on for an open discussion regarding the social impact of the COVID-19 situation and market strategies in response to such circumstances. Numbers of ideas and plans had been formulated on how to introduce and deliver iPECS solutions through lively discussions among regional representatives.

iPECS global partners are collectively reacting and establishing channels for the new normal through digital collaboration. In Indonesia also, iPECS partners are exercising such measures into the daily business operations including this sales training webinar, so to ensure safety for all partners of Ericsson-LG Enterprise.
