iPECS Cloud developed by Ericsson-LG Enterprise is now updated to phase 3.5 and as of 18th of February 2020, United Kingdom (UK) took the first roll of its adoption by Pragma, a dedicated iPECS partner in UK. The team had successfully delivered iPECS 3.5 update across all customer’s platforms.
Tim brooks, managing director of Pragma, commented that this has certainly been the best planned and smoothest upgrade to date. Not only did the process of the update were smooth but the features that came along with the update made the team very excited. Now iPECS Cloud has its multi-layered cloud portal customizable and hybrid technologies can be used simultaneously.
In the UK market, streamlined auto-provisioning is seen to be an interesting update that will enable faster and easier deployment of telephony system. In addition to the auto-provisioning, the new IP phone, iPECS 1000i series were rated highly attractive for future market penetration. With the easy installation update from iPECS Cloud 3.5, customer experience in replacing or newly installing the iPECS 1000i series is expected to be easier and more hassle free.
For the 3.5 update, on the UK cloud site of Pragma, they had a special help for the update from Ericsson-LG Enterprise. Engineers from Ericsson-LG Enterprise R&D division and Cloud Professional Services team were present at the same time but on the other side of the world, in Korea, testing and checking the backend server in parallel with the pragma team. The update went smooth with the multi-national collaboration. Many efforts had been invested to bring the iPECS Cloud solution to have its up-soaring momentum in the market continued. The migration was a great success and a big celebration were made for the foreseen successes with the iPECS Cloud 3.5 update.
