After holding a very successful recent Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner conference in September this year, our partners expressed an overwhelming enthusiasm for returning to in-person training. Their main motivation for this style of training environment being preferred was their companies could commit to in-classroom time whereas VC training was easily interrupted and didn’t encourage the same level of engagement among the participants.

Taking these comments onboard we then scheduled two iPECS Cloud technical training sessions in October and November 2024 for our Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner technicians, the training took place at our Head Office in Auckland on October 21st and 22nd, and in Christchurch on November 27th and 28th at the Pavilions Hotel.

This training was a two day intense in person classroom lead training which during the two day the attendees got to setup their own  tenancy and got a good understanding of how to create sites, add users, both Desk phone and iPECS ONE users, makes and receive call, they also gained knowledge of basic call flows, set up of  Auto Attendants , groups , shared lines, call overflows, mobile extension etc.

15 of our Dealer technicians took the opportunity to attend these two courses, for all of these technicians this was their first look into iPECS Cloud programming, and they gained a greater understanding and vision of the technology pathway for their existing customer bases in their regions.
