Bezeq International held a series of iPECS Cloud online webinars to their customers on a variety of technological topics, including Information Security solutions, Cyber, Cloud solution and more due to having difficulty of face to face conference.
Among this webinar series, Bezeq International held a special and dedicated webinar on Hybrid Working and Business Continuity and introduced iPECS Cloud as it brings the most perfect Unified Collaboration solution for those market demands in Israel.
During the webinar Bezeq International performed a comprehensive review of the advanced technological capabilities of iPECS Cloud system and compared to other competitors in Israel market. In addition, iPECS ONE was introduced explaining how it allows availability and connectivity from anywhere and at anytime. Then Bezeq moved to iPECS Analytics and shown how it brings knowledge and overall information about the call traffic and call activity within the organization. Where ever the calls are made, in the office, at home or while travelling, all the detail information can be represented in the real time dashboard and in the historical reports.
Furthermore, ACD capabilities were demonstrated together with the Contact Center solution that includes iPECS ONE as ACD Agent and iPECS Analytics as a management, monitoring and reporting system.
The conference was attended by customers and consultants and the responses were very good and enthusiastic, which resulted several follow up meetings.
