Connecting Healthcare to the Future
Tele Dynamics Global Com recently hosted a technology engagement event for the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) in Putrajaya, bringing together around 60 participants from healthcare facilities across Malaysia.
The event provided an opportunity for MOH representatives to explore the latest communication technologies and discuss how modern IP-based solutions can address the challenges associated with ageing and obsolete PABX infrastructure.
A key focus of the session was the transition from legacy communication systems to modern, secure and scalable IP communications. For healthcare organizations operating across multiple facilities, this transition can help improve communication efficiency and reliability while providing greater flexibility and easier long-term management.

Significant Opportunity Across Malaysia’s Public Healthcare Network
Malaysia’s public healthcare sector represents significant potential for communications modernization. According to MOH Health Facts 2024, Malaysia had 149 MOH hospitals and 3,114 government primary-care clinics as of 31 December 2023.
With such an extensive nationwide healthcare network, there is considerable scope to modernize existing communications infrastructure over the long term. IPECS sees a strong opportunity to support MOH and healthcare organizations as they gradually replace legacy systems and move toward more flexible IP-based communications.
From Legacy → IP → Future-Ready
The Putrajaya engagement marks an important step in strengthening IPECS’s presence and opportunities within Malaysia’s healthcare vertical.
As MOH continues to modernize and expand its nationwide operations, IPECS, together with our local partners, is well positioned to support this transformation with reliable, scalable and future-ready communication solutions.
From Legacy → IP → Future-Ready Communication, we believe the healthcare sector has the potential to become an important growth driver for IPECS in Malaysia, while demonstrating how modern communications can help essential public services build a stronger foundation for the future.
