Bezeq International Tech.(Bezeq), iPECS partner in Israel participated in the annual Call Center exhibition -“Telco 2024” by “Lior Lurye” company last month in January.
This annual event was postponed several times due to the difficulties of the country’s situation but finally held this year.
“Lior Lurye” company is a leading consulting company in the field of Call Center solutions.
The company continue to hold this event and it has become the main conference and exhibition for Unified Communication and Call Center solutions over the years.
This event took place at the Ksando hall in the city of Petah Tikva, Israel.
A variety of companies that provide Unified Communication solutions, Call Centers, CRM systems, Omni Channel attended this event.
An Ericsson-LG Enterprise branded booth were set-up, presenting iPECS Cloud solution with focus on iPECS ONE and iPECS Analytics.
The booth had a live demonstration of both iPECS ONE capabilities and iPECS Analytics with real time dashboards and reports.
Hundreds of guests visited the conference, and it was the best opportunity to expose them to the iPECS Cloud Solution. Bezeq received excellent responses and high interest by the attendees and follow-up meetings were scheduled.
iPECS Cloud is fast growing and developing solution and Bezeq will continue to promote the solution as the leading UC solution in Israel.
