Our Indonesian partner, PT Damai Sejati (ITComm) held roadshow from July to August 2024 in multiple cities.
The roadshow was focused on the iPECS UCP training in major cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, and Bali. The training reached 35 partners and was attended by more than 70 sales staff and 120 technical staff.
The agenda of the training was to introduce iPECS UCP including project sales strategy and sharing project winning stories to the participants.
This one-on-one training sessions have proven to be an exceptionally effective method for enhancing partner comprehension of the iPECS UCP. These personalized training programs allow for focused, hands-on learning, tailored to the specific needs and knowledge levels of each partner. By addressing individual questions and challenges directly, partners gain a deeper understanding of the product’s features, capabilities, and best practices for implementation. This approach not only boosts their confidence in selling and deploying the iPECS UCP system but also strengthens their overall partnership with ITComm.
All participants were highly enthusiastic and active, which gives us confidence that they will be more confident in marketing the iPECS UCP. We hope that the sales of iPECS UCP will continue to increase.
