On March 9th and 10th, as part of a vendor switch program, LNSC invited SIS Distribution Public Company Limited for technical training of the iPECS eMG100 system. SIS Distribution is a leading IT distributor which operates as a wholesaler in computing, computer components, and office automation equipment. Currently, SIS is the leading distributor of Panasonic PBX systems in Bangkok, Thailand.
For the products iPECS eMG100 and iPECS Unified version 5.0 the training took place over two sessions. The training primarily focused on the Unified Communications platform for SMBs the Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s iPECS eMG100, and introduced the latest features from iPECS Unified version 5.0.
After the training sessions, Mr. Phatthawut Toprasert, Pre-sales Manager at SIS Distribution said,
“During COVID19, the demand for customer UC solutions greatly increased and the Ericsson-LG Enterprise iPECS eMG100 is the right solution for our customers. We are very satisfied with this training program”.
Since most attendants already had good knowledge of the on-premise system in the Panasonic portfolio, the training began with an in-depth introduction to the iPECS platform configuration and operation, as well as troubleshooting for maintenance services.
LNSC will continue to run this vendor switch program, expanding its’ partnerships with resellers that are looking to work with Ericsson-LG Enterprise.
