On 2nd of July 2020, Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner in Portugal, VNP conducted a tech training webinar on iPECS unified 4.0 software solution which includes iPECS eMG80, iPECS eMG100, iPECS eMG800 and iPECS UCP platforms. Total 9 joiners including the instructor and iPECS partners in Portugal has participated.
The webinar highlighted features that can benefit the users the most; iPECS eMG Slot Assignments, CCR, Personal CCR, ICR, Station Data Settings, Attendant Services, Group Data Settings, SMDR, CO Line Data, Voice Mail, General Maintenance and making Announcements.
The feed back from the participated partners were quite positive in that the content presented were much in depth with graphic details.
Carlos Araujo from VNP stated that the video recording will be share through VNP newsletter. VNP is planning in near future for more series of these webinar trainings, which will be stored and saved online for on demand playbacks.
