Pragma, Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner in the U.K., had their latest partner incentive trip in November and saw them host 15 of their top performing partners on a 3 night trip to Johannesburg.

They stayed at the Sandton Sun Hotel which gave them a great base to explore all that Johannesburg has to offer on their whirlwind trip.

Day one took them on an experience of a lifetime – a safari to Pilanesburg National Park hoping to catch a glimpse of the Big 5.  They were wowed by the expanse and beauty of the nature reserve and despite the weather, were rewarded with the opportunity to see a vast array of wildlife including elephant, giraffe, rhinoceros, lion & lion cubs, antelope, kudu, dung beetle, hippos and warthog.

Day two was a more sedate affair as they were guided through a tasting of 7 wines at Kievitts Kroon followed by a leisurely lunch before heading back to base.

‘Every year Pragma manage to deliver a trip that is better than the last and this amazing trip to Johannesburg was no different!  The team were excellent hosts and the group was a great mix of new faces and those that had enjoyed previous trips.  We were lucky to experience such a variety of activities in a short time and had a lot of fun throughout.  As always, we can’t wait to see the destination of the next trip and will do all we can to qualify.’

‘I can’t thank Pragma enough for this trip of a lifetime!  Excellent planning and a great mixture of personalities made it one of the best trips that I have been on in 25 years of business.  I have already instructed the team that we need to up our game to ensure that I win a place on the next one!’

Qualification for this trip was based on growth of iPECS Cloud seat activations during the period which had a positive impact on the sales during this period.  Feedback from the partners following the event shows that they will go above and beyond to qualify for future trips based on their experience.

The trip was hosted by Roan Pratt (Sales Director), Ed Savory (Head of Sales) and Mat Hillman (Business Development Manager).  The time they got to spend with the partners over the 3 days was invaluable and has taken relationships to a new level that we know will help us to achieve our ongoing growth objectives.
