Background
The journey of launching iPECS Cloud in South African market has taken a bit longer than anticipated due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. It has however been a blessing in disguise as it helped stimulate the demand for UC&C Services.
Telkom Business soft launched iPECS Cloud a few months ago and officially launched iPECS Cloud (white labeled as PABX Cloud) on the 12th of October 2021.
