From the 9th – 12th May 2022, Telstra held their Telstra CoLLAB event in the Barossa Valley located in South Australia. Telstra Business Technology Centres (TBTC) from across Australia were invited to attend the event, with the opportunity to network and share ideas. There were approximately 80 partners who attended the event across the three days which included an opening dinner at Seppeltsfield Winery, a winery tour, presentations from Telstra, breakout sessions from Vendors and finished with an Awards Dinner.

Aria Technologies was a sponsors of the event and we were given the opportunity present on Telstra Cloud PBX Calling (CPC) via iPECS. Aria Technologies chose to put ‘Telstra CPC on Trial’. They took the opportunity to highlight the benefits of cloud, how it integrates with iPECS2Teams, iPECS ONE, CRM integration and addressed ‘the elephant in the room’. The elephant being, what have been the challenges with the cloud product to date. The format of the session was informative, interactive, paperless and in true Aria style, entertaining.

During the Awards Dinner the Aria Technologies presentation ‘Telstra CPC on Trial’ received a special mention and was well received by all who attended.  There was also an opportunity to demonstrate the benefits of all things Ericsson-LG iPECS during the presentation days and  for partners to see it in action. It was a great opportunity to reconnect with Telstra partners that are also partners of Aria Technologies.

The Aria Technologies team that attended included Chris Karagiannis – Chief Executive Officer, Peter ‘Willow’ Williamson – Director Sales and Marketing, Antoinette Mckisack – Northern Region Channel Manager, John Siekris – Southern Region Channel Manager and Marlon Samson – Enterprise Channel Manager.
