MN ILETISIM, Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s partner in Turkey, held its 2021 annual regional dealer meetings online between February 6th and February 27th. Meetings were held virtually on Saturday mornings due to Turkey’s current Covid19 lockdown restrictions.
Four different sessions were presented to over 100 resellers (each session contained approximately 25 people). MN ILETISIM presented to resellers a range of Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s new products including: the iPECS Unified 5.0 software update, the new iPECS-eMG100 systems, new 1000i IP handset, CCX Report +, IPCR software and MS Teams integration.
The meetings had a strong focus on remote working and provided a platform for the different resellers to share their current situation in the market and to deliver useful feedback. Furthermore, the sales team focused on SWA, and how important maintenance licenses are for both customers and resellers. Useful information about the future of private cloud business was also shared.
By presenting rich content and encouraging online networking opportunities, MN ILETISIM allowed for effective collaboration among resellers and increased the brand awareness of the iPECS portfolio.
