The first UK National Billing People Awards was hosted by Union Street Technologies this September. The awards ceremony, hosted virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic, saw trophies presented to winners live on call. Many decorated businesses were hoping to pick up awards from Billing People, a community founded to support the billing personnel involved in channel businesses.
It was Pragma who came away with the award for Wholesale Billing Team of the Year. Pragma have spent years dedicated to providing a best-in-class billing service, so it was no wonder that this award recognized their hard work.
Pragma’s Orders and Provisioning Manager Jolene Larter collected the award on behalf of the Pragma team and said it was a great reflection on the importance that the team has placed on streamlining their billing process.
