- iPECS Cloud Session : October 17 (Tue) ~ October 20(Fri) @ two different time zones.
- iPECS Unified Session : October 23(Mon) ~ October 27(Fri) @ two different time zones.
Ericsson-LG Enterprise plan for a on-line training course from October 17th to October 27th.
The training will include both iPECS Cloud and iPECS Unified features and application. Each sessions will be held at two time zones for all of our global partners to be able to join.
During October’s training, we will touch on new features for iPECS product including iPECS Cloud platform and application, UCM, Unified and relative applications. Especially, iPECS Analytics P4.0 and iPECS ONE P4.0 is focused on ACD features for small call center customer.
Also, Ericsson-LG Enterprise will introduce newly updated application iPECS IPCR P3.4 and iPECS CCX P1.2 together with more strengthened security and high level features. iPECS IPCR would provide more secure components with latest version of internal components and iPECS CCX is updated with new features after long time.
iPECS UCM P4.0 updates includes OS change from CentOS to Rocky Linux because CentOS is only available until June, 2024.
Additionally, Ericsson-LG Enterprise will provide continuous updates on iPECS Unified P6.1 together with IP terminals for our customers
