In February, Bezeq International took part in the annual Call Center Conference for two consecutive years. The event attracted thousands of visitors from all over the industry in Israel.
This year too, Bezeq International chose to present Ericsson-LG Enterprise iPECS collaboration solutions. At the conference, Call Center solutions were presented, integrated with iPECS Cloud solution, alongside with iPECS communication platforms in several configurations, starting from on-premise (on-site), virtual servers, public and private cloud, which could also be installed at Bezeq International Data Center.
The conference attracted many visitors, including customers who came specifically to search for a solution, and were excited by flexible and rich Call Center capabilities of iPECS solutions. Other fellow competitors who took part in this conference also had admired the endless capabilities of the iPECS platform. And for the first time, Bezeq International had an opportunity to expose the new 1000i series.
This year, Doron Aloni, who had his career as an Ericsson-LG Enterprise iPECS Product Manager at Bezeq International for 20 years, retires for new adventure and shares his comment as follows. “Thank you all for the wonderful years. And I’m sure we’ll meet along the road”.
