Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s Indonesia partner, PT. DAMAI SETAJI (ITCOMM), held two days events to introduce Ericsson-LG Enterprise and iPECS eMG100 on 8th and 9th November. Due to the lockdown restrictions in Indonesia, all the participants were gathered in a virtual space.
Two different sessions were presented to over 130 resellers and 201 participants. ITCOMM’s key partners learned about the strategy and vision of Ericsson-LG Enterprise. Also, iPECS-eMG100 system and 1000i IP handsets were newly introduced to Indonesian market.

ITCOMM is a company based in Jakarta Indonesia, selected as a major distributor of Panasonic System Network, Japan, distributing Panasonic Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products in the country.
ITCOMM had continuous request from resellers to review the line up with powerful SMB UC platform to replace Panasonic products. While reviewing, Panasonic announced on the exit from this market and this announcement accelerated the partnership and launching of IPECS eMG100 with Ericsson-LG Enterprise.
Mr. Rudy Hidayat commented: “with the huge move to remote working during the pandemic this year we have seen the need for reliable and powerful UC demand in our systems, and the Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s iPECS platform allows us to provide various choices for our resellers”.
After the sessions, Mr. Henry, General Manager at Jafatelindo said, “Through this new partnership between ITCOMM and Ericsson-LG Enterprise, our teams will focus and make sales to respond on the increasing demand of UC solutions during COVID19. We think that Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s iPECS eMG100 is the right solution on right timing for our customers.”
Since most attendants are professional on the on-premises Panasonic systems, we expect there will be less difficulty on the adaptation of iPECS eMG100. ITCOMM will still continue to provide additional in-depth introduction of iPECS eMG100 including configuration and operation.
