On the 22nd of December the official launch of iPECS Cloud in Greece took place at the Radisson Blu Park Hotel in Athens. The event took place after a big period of testing with key resellers had been completed. The experience gained during that period and the enthusiastic results gave it to the confidence to present iPECS Cloud to existing and prospective resellers.
The long-anticipated presentation was officially introduced to over 60 resellers from all over Greece.
The delegates were welcomed with a New Year’s lucky charm (traditional gift in Greece) and a 2023 Calendar, both with the iPECS Cloud logo, as a gifts.
During the first face of the event, Ahead Alkhatib VP of Global Sales and Marketing at Ericsson-LG Enterprise, made a live video presentation through iPECS ONE, introducing our resellers to the philosophy of UCaaS and iPECS Cloud. A second presentation followed by Blue Technologies(BT), our Greek distributor focused on giving real case examples on every topic from the trial period. Resellers could easily affiliate themselves with the needs of their existing and prospective customers and how iPECS Cloud could boost their sales. Both presentations made clear that UCaaS is a growing market and we have a bright future in front of us by using iPECS Cloud end-to-end solutions. Having established the “why iPECS Cloud” the participants were informed of the commercial policy. Using the experience gained from the key resellers during the trial period, BT was able to present a commercial policy that would address all major and minor issues. End-to-end solution does not only focus to the iPECS Cloud platform but also to the billing (& end customer invoicing and payment tracking) ERP that was developed by BT.
During the event, Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s management team was virtually present through iPECS ONE. The live demonstration of the capabilities and the user-friendly interface of iPECS ONE throughout the event, in coordination with the presentations boosted product awareness and captured the interest of the participants.
The success of the event became apparent during the Q&A session. The participants displayed great interest in the innovative and technologically versatile cloud platform of iPECS. The questions followed by the display of satisfaction continued during the coffee break and lunch. Awards were nominated to three key resellers, setting the example to the rest of resellers.
The event was a huge success boosting the brand awareness of iPECS Cloud. BT has already seen the positive effect with numerous inquiries from its reseller’s network. New resellers also expressed interest in starting training. There has been a lot of great feedback and extremely positive response from all of the attendees and all patterns are looking forward to the next event that will be scheduled in the near future. The event marked a new beginning showing to our reseller’s network that ERICSSON-LG ENTERPRISE’s iPECS product line will be a valuable partner to a prosperous future.
