Presence Management participated in the Ideacom 2023 show in Hilton Head, South Carolina May 21st through May 23rd. Presence Management has been a member and partner with Ideacom almost since its inception over 20 years ago. Ideacom is an organization with over 130 members engaged in sales and support of telephony, hosted services, audio and video, security, monitoring and reporting products and services.
Each year Ideacom hosts a venue where selected partners can exhibit and present to the general Ideacom channel with their products and services. This year there were 35 partners exhibiting, with Presence Management showing and demonstrating the virtual UCP for cloud solutions and eMG100 for premise applications. Bob Rankin and Paul Keith attended and manned the booth for product demos and application discussions. Bob was also a featured speaker during a breakout session presentation.
Natalie Suarez, Principal Solutions Advisor with Connectwise, was the keynote speaker discussing the state of IT security in the US market for SMB and enterprise markets and where they see the focus of attacks on industry in the immediate future as well as mitigating steps businesses can implement to protect themselves.
“This year’s show was extremely successful with Presence Management recruiting three new dealers looking to sell the vUCP cloud application with tenant services to support competitive solutions to hosted while providing the full suite of iPECS capabilities while providing digital and analog premise support. The EMG100 continues to be a major player and solution for digital premise applications, a market that remains very strong in the US”, stated Bob Rankin.
