Ericsson-LG Enterprise partner in UK, Pragma conducted it’s second event of the idea lab 2.0. This year, they’ve tried the event in a form of webinar due to the outbreak of the COVID-19. The digital event was executed to deliver and share ideas to adapt and therefore to win in the ‘new’ normal working style. Following the presentation on ‘winning in a changing world’ given by Will Morey, the sales and marketing director at Pragma, the best practices of SaaS were shared by the iPECS partners in UK, which were represented to be the best remote selling models for many years.

Pragma promoted the selling strategies on multiple dimensions to include Microsoft Teams into the platform of iPECS Cloud that can form an infrastructure to complete the arrangements for SaaS offerings. The partners in UK were recommended to actively engage in providing remote virtual demonstration to possible lead customers in order to secure and streamline the opportunities.

A panel discussion was also placed to freely talk and debate on the strategies in facing the new world.
